Plant your feet and keep your hands up for the dig. 2️⃣ Net as a Force Field: Imagine a line from the attacker's hand through the net. Your hands should be ready along that line, using the net as a guide to block effectively. 3️⃣ Backpedal Technique: If cross-stepping is tough, b...

Underrated
I’ve watched so many videos on overhand serving and this one is the one that actually helped so much, it made me realize the tighter and stronger my pullback for my serve was and the tighter and stronger i flexed my hand open the stronger my serve was 💪💪
The first time a saw him was 03 or 04 avp ft Lauderdale went down with a bunch of adults i played with at deerfield they knew the guy was going to be a legend all i saw was a hung over dude hanging on by a thread cause they all went out n got trashed the night before 😂
One of your guys' best videos; hilarious and informative. As a "fisherman", I found the trick to gauge distance from the net when blocking super helpful; thanks very much! I'll focus on pressing on the court, and penetrating off the court 😂😉
Mobility please

Thanks Very useful❤😊
During pass and attac
A, B and C ;)

Coact artie said It's "Burger Hands" 😅
Awesome episode.
A, B, and C. Worked out A, working on B, and going to work on C. Thank you guys! 😎
I’m mostly going for the flipper but now also using the slap! - it’s like a below the tape roll-shot the way I’m using it. Am I doing it right?

So if the pass has a lot of spin on it (usually backward spin), how do you make contact to neutralize the spin and get the ball to go straight up? A quick contact or a slow contact and try to guide it?
The physics of a float ball is to hit it so that it has no or neglifible spin. That is when the seams of the ball create random drag. I personally found intending to give it slight backspin neutralizes the gravity from the drop and creates zero spin.
You are doing a really good job, perfect representatives for the sport. Enjoy👊 Thomas, Copenhagen beach volleyball. Denmark
I’m new at beach and this is so helpful thank you!!
Amazing video thank you !!!
My lower back is in pain
Very good
DESTROY!!!! :))
Thank you👍👍👍
Thank you so much!
If you wait that long isn’t it a lift?
Good explanation ❤❤
Hi there, I have a problem, I find it very hard to set a ball when it's coming from high above me (talking about hand setting) the ball comes with such a high speed, making it very hard to get the ball in the exact place, and even if so then completing the movement. although I do use my wrists I feel like it's slamming on me hands to hard when it's coming from 5M or above. It's completely different from when it's 4 m or below. I'd like to have some tips please, thanks you

It must be hard to build a real community in a sport like Beach Volleyball because it is much more a coexistence of many small friends circles and groups that usually only interact when they play on the same level. I barely see the best players in my local BV place interact with the people from lower levels with few exceptions where these people belong to their social circle. I would call it "performance level communitys". B players interact with other B players and AA players usually only interact with A, AA or above. Why would they play with the Bs or below (except the B player is an attrractive female.. ;) ) That's my observation here in Berlin / Germany.
For anyone wondering, (Idk about beach rules) that would be illegal in (indoor) volleyball. You have to cross on the other side of the antennae so you are out of their side. Could be incorrect
Not in beach volleyball tho. If im correct, in beach volleyball, you can cross the net as long as you are not interfering with the other team’s play
@@hubertlemay3485 You can do that in indoor as well.
3:48 at 1/4 speed looks like a dink.
Is a stuff block considered hard driven? If my partner hits into the block and I am down covering, can I legally use open hands to receive the block if that's the only thing I have time to do?
Good stuff!
Id love to jump in that hard packed sand
Very good 😢
I wish I could attend camp, I live too far.
Serve Space not that space😂
Love this it’s helping me😊
My man! Lets goooo Piotr!
Can this channel do more advanced things? I’m talking about for the people who know all the simple mechanics and the techniques that maybe need tips like when to Y block or how to fake block line or angle and stuff like that.
Check out our coaching program. That’s the good stuff we get into. Www.Betteratbeach.Com/coaching
I was at Virginia Beach playing a tournament last weekend and I felt a pop and had to quit the tournament. A few days later when I’m home I go to the doctor and he said my knee cap popped out of place a little bit and I won’t be able to play for a month 😢
Been doing float serves since I started playing. I throw it up a bit high to freeze the team in anticipation, and am coordinated enough to judge where on my hand I want to hit the ball. This has lead to a serve that looks almost the same each time, but moves differently depending on where I hit the ball on the hand. I've gotten good enough to put side spins and front spins on the serve, and by the reaction of other teams, its really tough to navigate. It's a very unorthodox method, but I haven't had anyone on my team complain, nor an opposing team feel comfortable with my serves.
